I am looking for a roommate in Hillsboro.
A little about me:
I am a 54 year old male who is kind of hard of hearing so the TV is a little loud.
Currently I work 4 days a week with Wednesdays and Weekends off.
I drink but do not do drugs.
I have a cat. The cat runs the house, the cat will go into your room if you dont close your door.
I ride a motorcycle, drive a car, fish and camp.
I have a wife who may visit 2-3 times a year.
The apartment:
It is a nice lower floor apt.
You will have your own private room and a bath which is semi-private... by that I mean if there are guests they use your bathroom.
Cable TV all channels, 105 mbps internet and a home phone with long distance to canada and us are included in the rent.
Electricity is not and runs about 100$ a month. You would pay half.
There is a washer and dryer.
Parking is on a first come first serve basis, typically there are no issues finding a spot.
Approximate location 185 and Cornell.
About you:
Responsible e.g. have a job, vehicle and good credit.
Like cats - You can even have one as long as my cat agrees.
If you have an overnight guest every once in awhile that is cool - If you have a guest who thinks they will be here 24/7 that is not cool.
If you smoke pot or cigarettes thats cool, just don't do it here. That means not in your room, not in the bathroom... Cigarette smoking is permitted outside, 20 feet from the units.
I clean the common areas, kitchen, living room, front porch and rear porch bi-weekly, you will be responsible for cleaning it bi weekly as well.
