Job Description: Job Summary: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for an assigned territory and developing Home Center Sales as well as new business. They are responsible for customer service and project management within their served market. The Territory Sales Manager TSM also interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Cosentino products. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred 3 years of retail sales experience preferred Required Skills: •Demonstrated ability to interact and build value-based relationships with customers •Knowledge of the sector and products •Excellent communication skills both written and verbal •Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently •Persistent •Detail oriented •Sales knowledge •Must be able to multi-task Desired Skills: •Project Management experience •Sales knowledge Key Responsibilities: •Support Home Center’s mainly expeditors and Center Promoters with measure project from beginning to close. •Responsible for sales to Home Centers, large residential developers, commercial projects, and retail direct sales . •Performs “in home” measures and templates according to guidelines established by management •Provide samples to each store as necessary •Facilitate project management of each completed job. •Communicate with the store associates, SASM’s and expeditors •Meet or exceed sales budget in territory •Drive growth in company through new business ventures •Increase gross margin percentage •Develop and increase relationships with potential customers •Provide quality service to all customers •Assist with Accounts Receivable inquires •Provide feedback to the General Manger on how to grow the business •Some weekend work may be required Physical Requirements: Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 25 lbs. without assistance. Applicant must be able to set up the Innodraw CAD drawing system and measure customer’s dimensions in the home. Applicant must be able to continuously bend over at least 90 degrees.
