You will be trained to meet or exceed sales and closing goals and work with all departments to ensure accurate and timely information is passed along to clients. You will need to be able to write accurate and timely sales agreements within prescribed parameters.Other responsibilities include:Connecting with other Agents to schedule walk through appointments.Follow Up with potential customers about our home buyer incentive programs.Continually improving and adding to your product knowledge and home sales/homebuilding industry acumen.Processing sales agreements and contracts.You must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding team-oriented setting. You must be self-motivating and have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to work effectively with new home shoppers.This is a fully commissioned based position.
