Vintage Winter was first envisioned in the epic Winter of xxxx. Two outdoor enthusiasts, friends with a shared passion for Winter Sports and sporting-related antiquities hatched the idea to create a free online virtual Museum for fellow collectors, academics, and those who love the active outdoor lifestyle and design. To fund this endeavor we have decided to sell some of our favorite items collected over the past 10 years.
We proudly offer some of the finest vintage and antique winter sports items available for purchase: antique skis, vintage ski poles, leather ski boots, Native First Nation and Early American antique snowshoes, vintage ice skates, classic wooden sleds and toboggans, and ?creations? we have made or found that function as home accents and decor for lodge, cabin and alpine-chalet style interiors. Our antiques and lodge and resort interior designs have been used in projects from Beaver Creek to the Yellowstone Club. We are interested in helping you with your project, large or small. We are more than just a collection of vintage ski equipment for sale. We intend to continually learn and share the history of these pieces. Our goal is to create a collective resource for enthusiasts, interior designers, museums, ski history organizations and online exhibits to Discover, Learn, Collect and Enjoy unique sporting antiques. We also have a unique exhibit of items to rent or to purchase.
